Legal
Privacy policy.
Short version: the only information this site collects is what you type into a form, it goes to Realproz, and it is never sold.
What this site collects
This website collects personal information only when you choose to send it — through the contact form, the free market analysis request, the Careers form, or the newsletter signup. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, the property or area you are asking about, your timeline, and whatever you write in the message field.
The site does not ask for, and you should not send through it, financial account details, Social Security numbers, or copies of identity documents.
How it is used and who sees it
What you submit is used to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you asked for — a consultation, a market analysis, information about a property, or a conversation about a career with Realproz.
It is delivered to Realproz. It may pass through the service providers that run this website and deliver its form submissions and email, acting on Realproz's instructions. It may also be shared with the professionals involved in your own transaction — a lender, an attorney, a title company, a cooperating brokerage — where that is necessary to do what you have asked, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Your information is never sold, and it is never rented or traded to third-party marketers.
Email, retention and your choices
If you sign up for the newsletter, you will receive occasional emails about the local market, new listings and events. Every one of them contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Asking a question through a form does not sign you up for anything.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to Illinois real estate transactions, then deleted.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email dmendez@realproz.us or call (773) 592-6925 and we will deal with it.
Cookies, tracking and links out
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you across other websites. Your browser may store ordinary technical information needed to display pages.
Pages on this site link out to Instagram and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links you are on their platform and their privacy policy applies, not this one.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page.
